  • 12-Month Roof Warranty: Includes coverage for roof leaks or damages caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Ensuring the roof is in good condition is crucial for protecting your home from weather-related issues.

  • Hot Water Systems Warranty: Covered by the supplier, typically ranging from 3 to 5 years. This warranty ensures that your hot water system functions efficiently and reliably.

  • 5-Year Major Structural Warranty: Covers major structural defects as defined by the NHBRC (National Home Builders Registration Council). This long-term warranty ensures the structural integrity of your home, providing you with peace of mind.
